What is your service area?
For petsitting overnight, we serve the far north and northwest sides of Chicago, Des Plaines, Evanston, Glenview, Morton Grove, Mount Prospect, Niles, Park Ridge, Rosemont, Skokie, and Wilmette.

What time will you arrive at & depart from our home?

I will arrive by 6 p.m. and stay overnight until 9 a.m.

Where will you sleep?
I can sleep on any bed.

Do you bring your own food?

Will you invite visitors into our home?

What are your rates?
Rates depend on the number of pets, the duration of the stay, the location of your home, and any special needs. For example, $25 per night will be appropriate for a small, mature dog who lives on the far northwest side of Chicago and doesn't take walks. It pretty much goes up in $5 increments from there ($30 for that same dog who takes one walk a day; $30 for 2 dogs who do not go on walks, etc.) 

Can you drop by around noon to walk our dog or let him out for a walk or a potty break?
Most likely, but there will be an additional fee.

What are your hours?
We're never really closed. Call/text anytime. If you need help at 6 a.m. or 11 p.m., on Sundays or holidays, it's not a problem. 
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, but a 3% transaction fee may apply. We also accept cash, checks, Chase Quick Pay, and Paypal (Paypal is also subject to a 3% transaction fee). 

Are you licensed, insured and bonded? If so, who is your provider and what are your limits of coverage?

We are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC. Click here to view our insurance certificate.

What is your service area?
We are bound to certain parts of the 60630, 60646, 60656, 60631, 60706, 60068, and 60714 zip codes. Basically, Dee Road to the west, Addison to the south, Oakton to the north, Nagle/Narragansett to the east.

What are your hours? Do you walk dogs on the weekends and holidays?
We are available to walk your dog as early as 6 a.m. and as late as 10 p.m. 365 days a year.

Will my dog have the same walker every day?

What happens if you become ill or incapacitated?
We work together to cover each other's routes. 

Will you walk my dog in a pack with other dogs?

How long of a walk do you provide?
We offer several options: 15 mins, 20 mins, 25 mins, or 30 mins. Longer walks are also available (.50 cents per minute extra).

My dog likes to jog/run. Can you jog/run with him?
Sorry, No.

My dog pulls on the leash. Is that a problem?
No problem. 

What kind of a leash do you use?
We use a retractable leash that is attached to a satchel that we wear.  

My dog is very large. Is that o.k.?

No problem.
I am a nurse and my husband is a police officer, so our schedules change all the time. Are you flexible?
Absolutely. We work with several firefighters, police officers, and medical professionals whose schedules change frequently. There is no charge for last-minute requests and cancellations.

Can you guarantee my dog will be walked between 12-1 p.m.?
No. We can guarantee a 2-hr window of time (for example, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m). If you absolutely need the 12-1 time period, I suggest you consider 2 shorter visits. Several clients benefit greatly from two 15-minute visits - one in the morning and one in the afternoon - rather than one long visit at noon.

How do you account for your time? 
We use a GPS-based application called Wooftrax which details the location and duration of our walk. We take a screenshot after each walk and can either text or email it to you at the end of the day.

Do I have to give you a key to my home?
No. Some clients keep their keys hidden outside the home or in an external lockbox. 

When do I pay you? Do you accept checks and credit cards?
You can pay daily or weekly. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Paypal, or Chase Quickpay. Credit cards & Paypal are subject to a 3% additional fee.

Do you offer discounts or packages?
Sorry, no. We are not a big company. Therefore, we offer the lowerst possible rates we can offer. Please refer to our fee schedule for details.
